Full-Time Outpatient Program Manager 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, with concentration in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment preferred.
  • Licensure in State of Ohio as LISW-S , LPCC-S, LICDC-CS, RN
  • Knowledgeable about the disease of substance use disorder, family illness model and treatment modalities; differential diagnosis.
  • Experience in assessment, individual, family, marital and group counseling modalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Windows; Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Must work evenings/weekends and off site as scheduled.
  • Minimum 2 year personal program of recovery if applicable.
  • Three years supervisory experience required. 

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Management of specialized services, clinical supervision of assigned outpatient counselors; may perform between 20% - 30% direct client service.
  • Provides clinical and/or administrative supervision to outpatient counselors, including monitoring work schedules, compliance with reporting requirements, productivity and billable hours.
  • Manages, coordinates and delivers specialized outpatient treatment programs as assigned by COO.
  • Responsible for coordination and delivery of outpatient therapy sessions, assuring that group programs take place as scheduled in assigned outpatient programs.
  • Provides direct service coverage in the absence of assigned counselor as needed.
  • Assures that qualified counseling staff works consistently with each client to develop their own recovery through assessment of individual problem areas, treatment planning, case management and individual counseling.
  • Ensures maintenance of clinical records, including timely, consistent and accurate clinical documentation
  • Provides effective, consistent supervision of outpatient staff, completing documentation of same.
  • Thorough knowledge and implementation of agency policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all work areas.
  • Participates in all Management Team Meetings, Peer Review Committee, and In-Service trainings as scheduled.
  • Conducts Utilization Review meetings and Outpatient Staff Meetings.
  • Develops/maintains strong relationships with all agency stakeholders.
  • Relates and works well with peers, subordinates, and clinical staff in professional, team approach.
  • Shares information both verbal and written in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Trains, supervises, evaluates, & disciplines subordinate staff (with approval of President & CEO).
  • Provides assessments, treatment planning, case management, and appropriate counseling sessions (individual, family, or group).Completes client charting and other required documentation in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
  • Maintains professional standards of ethics, thorough knowledge and implementation of client confidentiality, client rights and grievance policies and procedures.
  • Models appropriate, professional and positive behaviors for clients and staff.
  • Maintains certification status.
  • Other duties as assigned by Chief Operating Officer.

Job Type:

  • Full-time 

Pay:

  • $46,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
