Job Description: Over the years the agency has developed a significant number of new and innovative programs in the community including, but not limited to, the Step One Program at the Licking County Justice Center, the Options 72 Hour Driver Intervention Program, a comprehensive gender-specific women's program that was the first in the county, some of the first treatment programs in the county, an intensive outpatient program, employee assistance programs (EAP), Department of Transportation services, drug-free workplace programs and training for other organizations, the first youth treatment program in the county and other similar services. As the IOP Counselor, you will conduct individual assessments to understand clients' unique needs, challenges, and goals related to addiction recovery with primary focus on behavioral health.
