The Ohio General Assembly and U.S. Congress play significant roles in finance and policy issues that affect behavioral health and family services in our state. To help make our members' voices heard at the Statehouse and in Washington, D.C., The Ohio Council formed the OC Political Action Committee (PAC).
The OC-PAC runs on individual, personal contributions from leaders in the behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment industry. The PAC uses donated funds to make strategic campaign contributions and build relationships with key leaders. OC-PAC contributions have given our members better visibility and recognition with legislators and advocates, which has enhanced our legislative policy efforts.
*Due to state requirements, the OC-PAC cannot accept corporate contributions. Any contributions made by corporate entities or with corporate expenses will be returned. When donating to the OC-PAC, please ensure that you use a personal payment method.
