Tips for Completing Your Registration

Registering multiple staff members from your organization? Follow the steps below to make sure each attendee is registered correctly and receives important conference communications.

Step 1
Register Your First Staff Member
If you are registering multiple people from your organization, begin by selecting the "1st Staff Member" registration option and complete the registration information for that attendee.
Step 2
Select "Pay for Another"
After completing the first attendee's information, you will be prompted to "Pay for Another." Select Yes to register your next staff member. The page will redirect you to begin the next registration.
Important: Use Each Attendee's Individual Email Address
When beginning each additional registration, enter the email address of the person you are registering. Please do not continue using the first attendee's email address. Using each attendee's individual email address ensures that everyone registered receives important conference-related communications and information.
Step 3
Select the Discounted Additional Staff Member Rate
For each additional attendee from your organization, select the "Additional Staff Member" registration type to receive the discounted registration rate. Continue the "Pay for Another" process until everyone from your organization has been registered.
Step 4
Select Credit Card on the Payment Page
Once you reach the payment page, select Credit Card as the payment method at the top of the page. After selecting Credit Card, the page will refresh and the fields to enter your payment information will appear.
Step 5
Enter Your Complete Credit Card Information
In the same line where you enter the credit card number, you will also enter the card's expiration date, CVC, and billing ZIP code. Be sure all four pieces of information are entered before continuing.
