MRSS Proposed Rule (OAC 5122-29-14) Public Hearing – Feb 13th

The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) will hold a public hearing on the proposed changes to the mobile response and stabilization service (MRSS) rule, O.A.C. 5122-29-14. OhioMHAS has continued to improve the rule and made changes based on feedback submitted by the Ohio Council. 

The public hearing will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 13, 2025, in Room 3688 of the Rhodes State Office Tower located at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, 36th Floor. A copy of the new proposed rule, a summary of the major changes from the current rule, and a public hearing notice with how to access the hearing via Microsoft Teams, is available on the OhioMHAS pending rule site.  Written testimony may also be emailed to [email protected].
