OOD Announces Updated VR Fee Schedule

On Friday, September 23, OOD announced that its updated VR Fee Schedule will be effective October 1, 2022 and shared the corresponding VR Provider Manual. The updated manual includes the VR Fee Schedule language and rates, as well as additional technical guidance and resources.

Of note, the VR Provider Manual Update includes:

• Service definitions and requirements for new services such as Bridge Supports and the Critical Need Rate;
• Additional guidance on when a Significant Incident Report Form (SIRF) is required;
• Reorganized content for most-used content at the beginning of the manual;
• Language reflecting the Aware Vendor Portal (AVP) usage;
• Adult Job Readiness Training (JRT) Program Protocol;
• A new appendix and a glossary; and
• A Change Log outlining major updates since the previous version of the VR Provider Manual.
